  Daryl did a GREAT job explaining what was wrong with our system and what he did to repair the problem. We called first thing this morning and he was here by 11. We've used a few different companies before Sullivan but will be using them from here on out. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

  It finally turned a little chilly and the furnace did not come on. I bought my gas pack from Sullivan so called them and they had a technician out the same day and exactly on time. Daryl found the problem right away and had the furnace working shortly. There was no attempt to up sell, etc. just straight forward honest, competent workmanship. Everything about the experience was first class from the first call, the response, the appearance of the truck, the professionalism of the tech. etc.

  All of the staff are very honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Daryl, Richard and Alex are all great technicians that will make sure the job is done right. Their supporting staff and owners are awesome too. You will not be disappointed if you use this company!
