Please shop around there are propane company serving ely. Sherri customer service is not just horrible, but racially induced. I called for 50g service yesterday and she automatically assumed that i didn't have the money to pay for the service, by that stating, " So, Crystal when you get 175.00 cash, then call and we will set a day for service!!" I called to inquire how much it would be to get 50g, instead she assumed i didn't have the funds, and told me "CASH ONLY" when they accept other forms of payment also. So i terminated my service, and now another company.

We have been their customer for years and never had a problem. We are on the budget plan and the 1 or 2 times we have had to have deliveries out of plan it was provided on the same day. they give excellent service and fair pricing.

Impossible to find. Up and down East Aultman 8 times. Location not between Nevada St.and Ely Street. Call and get correct address
