Office person Kelly, set up an appointment for service in less than two hours. Reasonable rates, with no extra charges for emergencies. Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly service technician, Tony. I have been, and will continue using them for all my heating and cooling needs.

Tony was here in less than 15 minutes. Courteous and very knowledgeable. Really helped out and got the heat going again. Will be sure to call them for my yearly maintenance needs. Thanks again. Great work Tony

Edit: Suburban was very willing to discuss the issue and worked hard to make it right for our family. The installation went amazing. The installers were knowledgeable and detailed. We still lost all over $600 in a part that didn’t make the furnace run which was unable to be applied to the purchase of the new furnace. I appreciate Suburban working hard to resolve the issue. They do good work. I would definitely recommend them. Response time was amazing! Everywhere else we called was 3 weeks out for being able to send a technician. Suburban was able to send a technician the following day. Technician came out and said it was one of two parts and ordered both. The heat was running while he left for approximately 3 hours and stopped. According to the office the visit would not be discontinued because the technician could diagnose a problem and according to suburban the technician didn’t do any work so we paid full price again for him to come out. They worked for about 3 hours. The parts came in a week later. We paid for the valve to be replaced after the official diagnosis was performed and confirmed this was the part that went out. Paid over $800 for the part a service to have the heat stop working not even 24 hours later. Called the office but this time the answer is to wait until Monday to call when they are open with no heat after paying of $1000 to this company. I would expect better service from a company that speaks of providing honest and reliable work. Today we feel taken advantage of. Hoping the company helps to make this right so we too can provide a positive review
