I was getting ready to go out of town and nobody could look at my dryer until the following week. Unfortunately, I needed to do laundry before my trip. Subcooling Services got me on the schedule the next day so I was quite relieved. While they give you a time window, the tech does call when they are enroute which is another thing I really appreciate. Thankfully they had the part on hand that was needed for my dryer and got it working again. Very pleased!

The team that came to repair our washer was great. They arrived on time, explained clearly what the issue was and then what was needed. It took a bit of time, but only because a part was needing to be ordered. They called to arrange a new date and then called to find out of they could come a day early. They fixed the machine and did a great test with it to confirm everything was working as it should. Really great company to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
