  My parents have used them for years so I decided to call them for some water issues. The secretary is extremely rude that is not how you treat your customers. Asking me questions that had nothing to do with my plumbing issues and were not any of her business. Will make sure I will never give them a penny or my parents again. Been waiting a week even for a callback for them to give me a estimate. Called waterway they called me right back and are coming to give a estimate the next day

  I just called there to see if they could put in a hot water tank and work on my boiler. I agree with Eric. Secretary was off-putting from the get-go. Almost belligerent. Wish there were more reviews about the quality of the work they've done and pricing. My first impression sure isn't good. Calling someone else!
