  Strong's installed Carrier heat pumps and a gas furnace system for me several years ago. The prices were fair, service was high quality, and technicians were thorough, punctual, and courteous. Since that time, they have provided maintenance service for my system on an annual basis. Just yesterday, they provided another seasonal maintenance check again. I have had only excellent service from this business!

  CROOKS!!! Took advantage of my mom and sold her a complete heat pump!! First one lasted 18 years This one didn't last 3 months!!! Every time they come out to fix it we get billed!!! Now they make appointments and never show up!!! Most dishonest place I have EVER worked with!!! STEER CLEAR!!!!!!

  I had strongs heating and cooling come over to look at my unit 3 times last year. The first time they added refrigerant to it and it worked for a couple months then it quit working correctly. I called them back 2 more times because my unit wasn’t cooling the house at all. I could set the thermostat on 60 and the house would stay at about 78 degrees with the unit consistently running. Both times they came back out they looked at the unit and said everything is working correctly. So this year I called Tri County Appliances to look at it, and within 5 minutes they were able to find the issue and had it corrected that same day. Strongs heating and cooling is the worst in the business around the NRV. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They have no clue on how to fix heating and cooling units. They steal your money and fix NOTHING.
