  I called to have my heating and air replaced. They were reasonable and professional. They mentioned I should get my ducts cleaned too. It never occurred to me to have this done! They brought in cameras and I couldn't believe how dirty they were! They gave me a discounted price to clean the ducts! I can't believe how much cleaner my house is! Thank you!

  Installed air handling motor so it was running backwards. Burned up two high limit switches. When contacted about problem, they were very supportive until I explain all of the problems I had with the serviceman. Now they won't return calls. I believe this could have burned our vacation home down.

We completed a service and it wasn't until a few months later you reach out about your issues. If you called initially and gave us the opportunity of trying to help we could have rectified it but seeing you did not give us that opportunity there was nothing we could help you with. We haven't recieved any calls from you so therefore there was no call to return. If we have missed a call please feel free to reach out tomorrow.   I intial installation was very protessional, went above and beyond the furnace installation job we needed. Update to previous review: initial installation was excellent. Follow-up since the initial installation has been poor. I would look at other options if I were faced with the choice again.
