  I would highly recommend Strike Force for any AC/Heating issues. We have dealt with many companies over the years, and Strike Force is the best company we have used by far. They have you scheduled within minutes (thanks Mary!), communicate in real time with updates on the arrival of the technician, and provide high quality service, even after hours! Ask for Jon as your tech. He was great to work with. He came out tonight at 10pm to fix a run start capacitor. He took his time to explain the issue and went through everything to make sure there was nothing else wrong and that the problem was completely fixed. He didn't rush in and out like your typical after hours contractor. You can tell he knows his trade well and wants the customer to be happy. A++ Service!

  I was very impressed that they were able to arrive 3 hours after I initially called for an appointment. Jefryn was professional and knowledgeable, able to explain to a lay person, that has no knowledge about the HVAC system, exactly what was going on. Thank you for being patient with me and allow me the time to ask all my questions so I could be confident in making my decision on the repairs needed. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
