  Very prompt service. Our heater quit working over the weekend and Scott came out Monday within an hour to fix the problem. Got it fixed in no time and the wife is warm and happy now! Highly recommend these guys.

  Streets HVAC did a complete install, on Apr 30th. The install team was exceptional, showed up early, all done in 1 day. Great job! However, it's been since Apr. 30th and I still haven't received any warranty paperwork, I've tried several times to get the paperwork, and Seth Street, keeps saying " I'll send some out there tomorrow " now its Aug 4th and still haven't seen anyone. I called and spoke to Seth Street yesterday Aug 3rd, and his response was the same thing. I'll send someone out in the morning " In my opinion poor customer service.

  I recently had two Had to replace two different heat pump systems on my rental properties. I called a couple of local contractors for pricing . Prices were high and both contractors said job Was super simple in and out jobs . So the next day my brother who owes a business in Johnson city recommend streets Hvac so I contacted Scott simerly and he came out and looked at my systems gave me a fair price and then he started asking a lot of questions about the existing systems and not cooling properly or heating to a efficient level . My duct system was under size for my house . and instead of trying to obtain my business and get in and out . Scott was honest and wanted to fix my houses and do it right knowing that his price would be higher with the extra work and supplies . And that’s why I hired the man .. he is honest! and I have zero problems with the systems and he has called to check on me after the job was done to see if I was happy with the job he did . Best experience I’ve ever had with dealing with a contractor. Allen price
