  Installed a new high efficiency furnace and AC system. Very happy with the end result. Owner and installation crew were knowledgeable, skilled and very friendly. Lots of personal attention. Estimate and installation were timely and the prices reasonable and competitive.

  After making 4 calls on a Saturday; two fellows came to our rescue. They were very professional and provided excellent service. We really appreciated their quick response to fixing our broken water pipe on such a short notice.

  Straits heating and cooling were the quickest to get to us when our furnace was broken. They were very professional and fixed the problem quickly even though they had to order a part. We will gladly call them again with any future needs.
