I am a very particular customer who does not get in a hurry to buy big ticket items. I also do a lot of research before committing. This company worked hard to get our business. With all the supply chain problems they checked frequently for available equipment and kept us updated on options. No other company came close to the quote we accepted . They are very professional and friendly everyone from the owner, office staff, and technicians. After installation they responded quickly with with any questions or problems. We are very happy with our new Bryant/Carrier heating and cooling system!

Matt and his team are awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC needs. They came out and quickly assessed my situation. I was having trouble with a very old system. They got me up and running quickly and gave me options for a much needed replacement. In the end, I had them replace 2 AC units and 2 furnaces. The cost was very reasonable for what we got. Once the units came in (COVID slowed that part down), they came out and efficiently set everything up. They also continued to follow up after the fact to make sure we were happy. This is a quality company with good folks. Give them a call!

I'm sorry to say that this company did not meet our expectations. We had issues with our AC when it went out in early May. We called them to come out and they sent out a team of an experienced Tech and an apprentice. They came out and spent only a few minutes, jiggled some wires and didn't really diagnose the problem but 'fixed' the AC. Two weeks later it went out again and we had them come out again, this time the apprentice came out on his own and said he was 'temporarily fixing' the problem which fix lasted a day or two and then the third time they came out they 'fixed' the problem and it went out again two hours later. The real problem with the service was that each time we couldn't get someone to come back out for days and this eventually ended up leaving us with no AC during the major heat wave that occurred in late June. On top of all of this they charged us a diagnosis fee each time and were only willing to waive one of them when we complained. They were very nice people and professional but DID NOT provide good service.

Mr Sanders I am sorry that we did not meet your service expectations. The services we provided were more than simply wiggling some wires or temporary fixes. It was diagnosed that whoever had installed the existing thermostat didnt have the connections tight enough. The 2nd call involved replacing a contactor and a capacitor which had gone out after our initial visit. The "temporary fix" you refer to was with the thermostat wire where rodents had chewed on the wires. Our 3rd call to your home a bad control board was diagnosed and the part was installed as soon as it came in which was 5 days later. We also replaced the original thermostat with one you provided. We did credit you one of our diagnostic costs as a measure of just being service oriented and wanting to help as it had been very hot and we were simply buried in calls with others having no AC so we couldn't get back to you as quickly as we would have liked. If there was a further problem with the system after the third call we are not aware of any phone call from you stating there was an issue. We would have gotten back out as soon as we could and if the issue was with work we had done you would not have been charged. Again I am sorry we didnt meet your expectations but to the best of our knowledge the system was running and performing well with our last call.
