  Spent 2k on new wood fireplace doors (gold color look). After one fire the bottom plate has went from a gold floor to an orange pumpkin color. Do not recommend this manufacture.

  Purchased at almost 5k$, I received a brand new damaged Heat Champion. Havent even used this fireplace 50 times this year and the frame on the inside is completely bent, as it came from Stoll and was told the metal flexes, it does not, it was supposed to be welded across the bottom and was not. The finish is coming off the right door. Neither door will close properly and have not since the install. Very poor quality and very poor customer service. Wish i would have bought a different brand as this has become a 5000$ headache in the middle of winter! The unit looked pretty the first few weeks until the finish started coming off is the only reason I gave the 2nd star. Hoping that Casual Furniture World and Stoll fix this issue!

  Their product is nice, but they sent the wrong size screens with my glass doors. The local dealer/installer had the correct size sent to him and then refused to come to install them. He gave me two hours notice in the middle of a work day to install. When that did not work for me, he told me to pick them up at his house and install them myself. I asked Stoll to send screens directly to me instead (I paid in full for the installation and should not have to complete the installation, much less drive to collect the right size product). At first they said they would see what they could do. Their solution was to ask the dealer/installer to complete the job. The dealer/installer refused. I had to purchase screens elsewhere and install myself, after an all-around exceptionally frustrating customer service experience. This shows a remarkably poor ethic and is definitely not worth a nice product.
