These guys are great! They brought my aging minisplit unit back to life with a line leak repair and refrigerant recharge of the system. AJ is an awesome technician and a pleasure to get to know. Our air conditioning broke right before company was coming. Even though Brad was busy, he made time to get to us before their arrival. He was clearly an expert, analyzed the problem, provided a cost effective fix and also a backup solution for a later date if still needed. We appreciated his conservative approach that didn’t just jump to the most expensive fix, which turned out to not be necessary. Stickels is now our go-to HVAC service company - highly recommend!!

Really good communications—answered the phone right away to make the appointment, then good texting and email for communication thereafter (updates on appointment, receipt, etc.). Service technician was super helpful and communicative about what the issue was and how much it would be before doing the work.
