  I called around 5pm on Sunday, heard back from a technician within 10 minutes and within an hour he was here to help. He had to order a part that came in yesterday and was here by 10:30 this morning to fix our AC. He was so polite, kind and I couldn't be happier with his level of professionalism! He is skilled and the best part is, the repair cost less than I had assumed it would! Chad, you are outstanding, I can't thank you enough!

  We had our AC go out on a Friday around 5pm during a serious heat wave with heat index approaching 100 degrees. We called Steinhardt at around 5:20, got a call back from a technician by 5:45 and had the technician at our house by 6:30. He diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse due to poorly installed drainage line backing up. He replaced the drain line and the fuse and had our AC back up and running in about 45 minutes. He double checked for any other issues both inside and out, checked the filter and the refrigerant level, all while answering all my barrage of questions. The cost was very reasonable, especially for being after hours and an emergency call. This is especially true when you factor in that we live in Owen County in middle of nowhere. We are very grateful for the quick service and professionalism we received Steinhardt Heating and Air Conditioning and would not hesitate to use them again.

  When other companies (like the horrific Bryant Heating/cooling) try to rob you, Steinhardt sends honest, dependable techs out to fix the issue. I have used them for 2 years now and they are always fast, honest, and affordable.
