  Stefan is that guy you wished you called the first time. After having Cool Ray as a provider for the past two years, he showed up and demonstrated a genuine care to resolve my cooling problems. He was able to come diagnose and fix a situation we were having with a zoning system in our home. I can honestly say, I've never met anyone more knowledgeable and professional in this industry. Best of all, he resolved my issue the same day and we've also noticed a sizable savings on our power bill as well! Thank you Stefan!   I had Stefan replace an old HVAC system with a new 3 Ton Train system and I thought he was reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and professional. We needed some warranty work after a few months and he came out and took care of the problem for us. He has always offered useful information and advice on HVAC maintenance and has taken care of part replacement for us over the years. We have used his services at our home for about 10 years now and plan to use him for our future HVAC needs.
