  We contacted Steamatic for duct/vent cleaning--our HVAC company had recommended them. From scheduling to the actual service, the process was smooth and professional. The office explained the procedure and the fees associated with each service; I received several emails and texts confirming the appointment, as well as a text the morning of. Rene and Joe were the technicians and they did a great job. Rene inspected the crawl space where the the furnace was and alerted us to several issues unrelated to their service, such as the oven vent ducting not being connected and the furnace UV light being burned out. After cleaning all of the vents, including the dryer, they put the furniture we had moved in advance back in place and vacuumed the house. We will definitely use them in the future for this and other services they offer.

  We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned by Steamatic of Arkansas. Our technicians Sean, Ticey, and Lacey explained the process in full detail and let us know the cost up front. They completed the job in a timely manner and were very professional. I was shown before and after pictures of each air duct/vent and they cleaned up after everything was done. We are very satisfied with the outcome and we would highly recommend Steamatic. We will definitely use them again.

  I am very satisfied with the service I received from Steamatic. Scheduled to arrive at 11:00, but called saying they could come a bit earlier. Michael arrived at 10:30, measured what I wanted cleaned, gave me a price and went to work. He did an excellent job, better than I've ever had done. My carpets look new!!!
