  My basement flooded because of a broken waterline. I had no idea what to do, my insurance agent suggested Steamatic and I haven't had to worry about anything since, this is a full service company. They cleaned up and removed the water the same day I called. They also removed everything that was damaged; carpet, carpet pad, molding, cabinets and other items. I am currently working with their restoration division to make all of the repairs. They are also working with my insurance company with documentation to make sure everything is covered. Wonderful trustworthy people.

  We had a nightmare experience with renters using our unit to smoke marijuana, loose cigarettes and whatever else. Entering our space was like hitting a wall of smoke. Chad and Steve were lifesavers. Within 36 hours, we had a quote and their best cleaner come and turn the unit completely over. He cleaned everything for us—walls, surfaces, paintings, furniture, light fixtures, everything. Their specialized smoke cleaning canisters did wonders in the unit. The apartment was so clean and the air was so much fresher. Instead of spending days and hours of my time scrubbing, toiling and worrying that the smell would never go away, I could spend time enjoying my kids and preparing for Christmas. Steamatic performed a Christmas miracle for us and we are forever grateful for their quick turnaround, thoroughness, kindness and professional service. Cannot recommend this company enough for any service they provide, but especially if you need stink out of your place!
