  I have been a customer for five years and I called because I was out of oil my tank has no gauge and I admit fault. However do no promise first thing in the am on a winter morning with a baby and still waiting and it is now noon. Your competition said they would have been here by now. UPDATE. They came and went across the street when I went to tell the driver it was the wrong house he waved me off!!!! GAVE FREE OIL OUT. CALL THEM TODAY!!

  Peggy is great to work with, quick and professional, she works with you on quick deliveries and service needs. Phil is one of her technicians and is one of the best guys I’ve met, upfront and honest and very respectable and knowledgeable. Couldn’t speak more highly of the company and the team. Highly recommend them.

  I called several oil companies and Stauffer Fuel easily had the best customer service. I was able to speak to a person promptly, and she was very good about returning calls and updating me on arrival time of oil. Prices were comparable, and no credit checks or service contract required. I would definitely recommend this company.
