  I made the appointment with State 48 and Sean came over. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the AC system. He explained it really well the process from beginning to the end. The installation team installed the 2 units in a day. They did the clean job. Sean came back after installation and check the system to make sure everything way running good. I highly recommend State 48. Thank you.

  Sean Meier, from 48 State Home Services, was proactive and called to make an appointment for our a/c checkup. They had installed three units plus a hot water heater about 3 years prior and this appointment was to do routine maintenance. When Sean went up in the attic, he could smell gas. He did a quick liquid test to determine the leak location but could not locate it. He called SW Gas and reported the leak. He stayed at the house until SW arrived. After SW shut down the gas, Sean completed his maintenance checks and completed the job. Sean far exceeded my expectations! His dedication to customer service is second to none! Thank you, Sean, and thank you to the entire 48 State team. Best decision I ever made was to award 48 State Home Services our business three plus years ago!

  Sean came out and spoke to us about our entire AC System (recommended by our friends who live 2 doors down) and he was thorough and asked a lot of questions about our day to day to get a better idea of the type of system we'd need. Once we decided to move forward, Jacob and Frank were our installers and did an amazing job. They went through the whole system, told us exactly what to expect step by step, and even pointed out a few things that we could do to get the most out of our new system! Talked to multiple people from the company to make sure we were satisfied and each person was courteous and personable! Highly recommended to everyone, and it's nice to deal with a company that truly cares about what you think of their work and the quality of what they do! Thank you State 48, our family appreciates all that you did and continue to do! Great Company 💯
