UPDATED…….. Stanley Steemer had one of their best employees out (Jason) to properly complete this job again. Accompanied with him was the area manager Dennis. Both of whom were very professional and courteous. The service I received today is the service I received 2 years ago and should’ve been the service we had this first go round. Thank you for holding up your company standards and making this right. We now know to ask for Jason in the future. Thanks again!! Completely dissatisfied, furniture not moved, foam pads/plastic wasn’t used, foam around door wasn’t used (my front door was cracked open for 2 hours). This is not the service I received before. Very poor job by what seemed to be an unbothered employee.

Called before showing up to let me know what time they would arrive. Explained the process of duct cleaning very well. Fast and efficient. They knew what they where doing and got started immediately. Very pleased with results and would recommend to anyone needing this service. My HVAC no longer has a long pause before cutting on and off. Definitely an improvement.

had the entire main level cleaned (all wood flooring) home is two years old we still had red mud down deep in flooring from building contractors. we could never get it out. researched this companies procedures to clean wood flooring and hired them. I came home from work and I was super impressed. never seen those floors look so good. I highly recommend this company. Great job !
