Austin & Tristan texted their ETA about 40-min prior and it was within the window expected. I appreciated the text. They confirmed the the service order when they arrived and after I specified which furniture to move they got started. They were very accommodating and professional when I asked them to go over an area where I did not originally ask for the furniture to be moved. I was pleased with the area that was cleaned and I decided it was worth moving another piece of furniture. Austin gave me instructions of drying time and suggested room temperature for drying. I cranked up the heat and I’m looking forward to walking on clean carpets. I would hire Stanley Steamer again because of the quality of service and pricing.

When I scheduled the service, I have requested that the crew wears masks. I was assured that everyone wears masks. The crew came in late and without masks. They seemed to me unpleased with my request to wear masks and ‘did not know’ if they have any masks in their van. I have provided them with kn95 masks, and let them inside to start the job. 10-15 min later I went to check how things are going, and noticed that one of them was already not wearing the mask. They were also supposed (I am told) to wear gloves and footwear protection. That was nonexistent. I have asked them to leave immediately. This is unacceptable.

Only had a few minor issues. The service was amazing. My carpets look amazing very satisfied with how well and quickly they were done!
