  Scheduling online was fast and easy. They came early within the window, explained the process and steam cleaned the bathroom floor and shower thoroughly. The best part is you know exactly what your paying when you schedule online, and have no one trying to sell you more services or products than you need or want. They also completed the job within 45 minutes (master bathroom and shower) $99. UPDATE: So after the shower floor tile/grout lines dried the top of the tile was 90% better. However, the grout lines still had some black mold in many areas. I think if the grout lines were gone over again it may have done the trick.

  Updated review: they scheduled another cleaning, a different team came out this time. They were thorough and did a great job. After second cleaning carpet looks amazing. Original review: Booked the appointment and they were able to come the same day, which I thought was great. Unfortunately the quality of the job was not as expected. They were in and out if my house in 25 min (checked on the camera). They charged $450 for 4 rooms and stairs, rushed through the job. The carpet ended up looking a little lighter overall but all the high traffic areas are still dirty and it’s very noticeable. I tried pointing out the stains but they didn’t want to listen, charge my credit card and rushed to their next job. The guy said this was their 8th house they did that day, it was only 3 pm. Quantity over quality here. Not using them ever again.

  Had my sisters puppies for a staycation for a week. They are in the process of potty training. Yikes! But Stanley Steamer to the rescue!!! Very professional cleaned my two 5x7 Area rugs and one bedroom rug and an upholster chair. The Tech did a great job, super nice guy. They came recommended and I’m glad I called. I too now can confidently recommend them. Was much less expensive then I thought it would be. So glad I didn’t have to rent a machine and try to do it myself.
