  Heat was out. Called when they opened at 8am and their technician Brandon was out in less than an hour and found the issue in less than 15 minutes. Was courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure system was working as expected before leaving.

  I am relatively new to town and did not know anything about Standard Heating and Air company but I was very pleased. The service technician (which was the owner of the company, which I thought was awesome) came to my house and delivered excellent service and was very conscious about completing the job for the lowest price. I will definitely use the company again! Update: I ended up having to call Standard back out about 1 month later because my upstairs air conditioner was having problems. I called them at 3:45 on a Friday and by 4:30 they were on the way to fix my problem. I was originally told they it was going to be hard to get to my problem that day but once again Standard went above and beyond to solve my problem. Great Company!!!

  I needed an HVAC Company to come out and check my system as I was sure I had mice...seeing insulation coming up through the floor vents. so I called Standard Heating & Air Conditioning and a very nice young lady told me I would get a call, in 15 minutes I received a call from Johnny and he was here within 10 minutes, so WOW...very fast service! Johnny was the kindest, most considerate person I have met in a LONG time...he could see I was nervous and he eased my mind, he went under the house and checked EVERYTHING! He was extremely thorough and took his time checking ALL my flex ducts and told me everything looked AOK. I felt secure and obviously very happy. So, if you are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST Call Standard Heating & Air Conditioning.....Love this Company, and Johnny?~ You are THE BEST!! I am now a loyal customer...you all are 10 steps above the rest! Many Thanks! Roberta~
