  My furnace went out and Staats came out on the same day I called them. Ron diagnosed my furnace and had the part on the truck. He was in an out within the hour. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

  I called after hours because my furnace went out. The technician fixed the issue and informed me of the age of the furnace and what possible problems I may have in the future. He was very professional, would recommend.

  I had Staats install a furnace and ac at my old house, then about 5 years later, again at my new house. They did a fantastic job both times. Ray is great to work with. The crew does a great job. I asked them to run the ac line in a specific route so it was out of the way. They were able to do it and I was really pleased!
