I wish I read the reviews on here before making the first call. This review is with lower stars not because of their ability to repair ACs. They indeed repaired mine. However, they left the cover loose, which caused a great deal of noise and subsequent complaints from neighbors. They sent someone out who said he tightened some screws. Shortly thereafter it started rattling again. Now, keep in mind that this was caused by the repair. They kindly sent someone out then charged me over $100 to bolt it down. The AC went off because of the weather until a couple of days ago. Again, my neighbors complained. I called them. Again, they were quick to send someone out. This time, however, there was nothing to tighten. The guy said it is just the sound it makes. OK. I can see paying for that short visit. Another $100. No ideas or suggestions about how to quiet it were made. Does this mean I need a new one? I don’t know. For $100, I would hope for some ideas. Now I can’t use AC because it’s too loud for the people above me. The unit is above their bedroom and they keep complaining. The other problem is that they owed me for the last visit which was needed because of an incomplete job on their part. They are very expensive, which hurts. However, when I have to pay for something caused by a tech, then I know it is time to find another company.

I just bought a 2018 mobile home October 2021. I wanted to have a maintenance on it to make sure running properly. James arrived and very knowledgeable checked out thermostat and outside unit. I will definitely use them for future maintenance.

I purchased a new ac system from them and have had issues from the beginning. Had to spend one night in a hotel because the brand new unit stopped cooling. Then spent two nights freezing because the heat wouldn't work. Somehow the wiring to my thermostat stopped working when they replaced the unit and it took 3 calls for me to tell them it was the wiring (as if I'm the expert). I had my old unit for over 10 years and have had more issues in less than 6 months than I had in 10 years. Very disappointed.
