  Absolute nightmare of an experience. Not only was the job not finished, I was disrespected the entire time. I called on a Wednesday to resolve a drainage issue that was causing sewage to back up into my tubs and toilets. I did not receive a callback until Friday. Ed was rude and did not communicate clearly during the service call Friday. Cheryl was incredibly disrespectful when I called to see why Ed left without a word on Saturday (when he was supposed to fix my drainage issue). Poor customer service and extremely poor response to someone in need. Do not call them for plumbing services.

  Called Sept 15 to install a tankless water heater. Said he'd be here Sept 21st. No call, no show. We called him and and left a message. No call back. Unprofessional.

  Ed did a great job.! It only took him a hour or so and i had hot water back and the leak was fixed. Very pleased and if i need anything again he will be my first call. Highly recommended.!
