  Had a stubborn A/C unit that was leaking 3 years after installation(not installed by St Joseph). Called Scott and he came out on a weekend with no extra charge. Had multiple issues that Scott was able to fix and explain exactly what happened. Parts were under warranty and covered and Scott's labor and materials charges were more than fair. Would definitely recommend him. Will be doing business with them in the future.

  My home A/C stopped working, at 7 P. M., I called St. Joseph A/C Repair to ascertain, if they had 24 hour services. The answering service had A/C Tec Scott give me a call within 10 minutes. He responded to my residence in 45 minutes and had repaired my A/C within approximately 30 minutes for only the regular call out fee, which was surprisingly LOW$40.00. I checked with other services just going down the line before reaching the listed agency and their call out fee alone varied from $120.00 to $200.00. I would recommend St. Joseph A/C company in quality, pricing and professionalism.

  I don’t know if he sold the company , notice on old phone now it does give you a new number, being doing business with Mr. Tom close to 30 years and always very dependable, responsable and honest UNTIL Today, I place an call for service and 5 hours latter no even a return phone call. This does not sound like the person or company I knew and trust. ???????!????
