  We had used Spurk a number of years ago when our furnace would not work. At that point, you assume the worst and prepare for a large repair bill, but when they diagnosed the problem it was a simple repair which was only $150 to correct. It was refreshing to work with a company that did not try to take advantage of you at a time when it would have been so easy for them to do so. When our furnace broke down again this year, we did not hesitate to call Spurk. This time the 23+ year old system did need more extensive repairs. Dale and Dan were very helpful in discussing the pros and cons of repairing our system vs installing a new one. Once we made the decision to move forward with a new furnace, they then patiently walked us through the various models available. After we selected our new system, their crew was out the next day. Hats off to Scott and Matt who worked late into the night to complete our installation. Prompt service and they also take the time to educate you on something that many of us know very little about, and all at a very fair price. I know what a few of our neighbors have paid for their new furnaces, and I can tell you that the total price from Spurk was much better and the service was fantastic. 1 more furnace and 2 air conditioners from the original build are still chugging along. I hope I can avoid replacing them for a while, but when the time comes we will be calling Spurk again.

  Great service and price. I had Spurk put a new complete heating and air conditioning plus a mini split system installed. Dan D., Matt and Sam were professional, clean and courteous. After the install Matt explained the new system and answered my questions. I would highly recommend.

  I cannot say enough positive things about Spurk HVAC… our furnace blew on the coldest day so far this winter. The original installer could not help or offer solutions in a timely manner… on a last chance hope, I reached out to Spurk. I actually spoke to the owner who advised me on my options. He did not try to sell me on any option. For someone who had been taken advantage of before, this was most comforting. His team arrived the following morning, completely prompt and professional. They understood the old unit was sub-par and inadequate for the home. Very openly, they told me my options including things on par with the old unit or better… I have no practical HVAC experience and they made me feel comfortable and as if I understood what I was getting. Most importantly, they replaced my whole unit in a morning and my family had heat by the afternoon! When you want someone to treat you like they were working on their family’s home, pick Spurk. They were honest, timely, had options and helped me make an informed decision for my family. I only wish I knew of them sooner and I doubt I would have had such a headache with my heating and cooling over the last decade.
