  Our service tech Spencer did a awesome job. We are very pleased with his work, knowledge, transparency, and concern. Job well done! The customer service from the office and operator were just as good, both were on the same page and very precise. My wife and I loved there services. Love it so much we signed up to be serviced twice a year. Thanks again Springfield Heating and Cooling!

  Springfield Heating & Air installed an HVAC system for me. Each staff person I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable & prompt in answering their phone and giving me information I needed. The installers came at the appointed time and were efficient and courteous. Monica impressed me greatly by going out of her way to make sure I received each document and answer immediately. Springfield is a joy to do business with!

  Professional & courteous! They did not send a bill for just resetting my heating system. They were patient to reset the electric board on our heater, and then come back to trouble shoot. They didn’t just replace parts to capture money. Thanks Springfield for getting to us in one day to keep the house warm!
