Excellent Dentist and staff! No waiting. Dr. Nelson takes the time to do what he needs to do correctly. No jumping from one patient to the next. Young Dr. with old fashioned principles.

Dr. Nelson and his team do a phenomenal job.  Costs are reasonable, staff is professional, and they have a cute hypoallergenic dog.  Highly recommended to everyone!

New state-of-the-art facilities, professional staff, simple and painless transition from my old dentist of 35+ years. COVID-19 protocols in place and followed by all staff members and patients during my appointment. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the service and I would recommend it to anyone. I called 9 different offices to try to schedule the appointment and all of them could take me in 2-3 weeks what was too long for me and when I called Springbrook Dentistry they took me the same day. All stuff was very professional and friendly.

Just moved from California to Iowa months ago and got lucky finding a dentist. The staff is kind, friendly and professional. The  doctor knows what he's doing and takes good care of his patients.

Great! Got my teeth cleaned for my usual checkup.

I was happy with the service I received and definitely am returning.  Dr. Nelson and Candy are very pleasant and do everything possible to make sure the patient is comfortable during the procedure.  Explanations are given regarding the procedure, which is helpful.
