The technician was on time and conducted himself in a professional manner. He was obviously well trained and did a thorough job of servicing our HVAC units. He also took time to explain the things he did. We are pleased with the service we have received from Spring Hill Heat and Air.

This business is shady. The guy came to our house on December 7, 2021, and instead of actually providing us with how he could fix what was wrong, he was trying to sell us on more efficient units and gave us a ridiculous quote to fix both of our units….one of which isn’t broken. He also said he would be giving us a “great deal” if we replaced both of our units. Yeah, right! I really feel like the only reason he gave us this price was because he was trying to make money at Christmas time. He also didn’t clean up his mess he made in my house. He left 2 attics open and left the ladder (that he borrowed from us instead of using his own) in my house. He completely turned off my unit not even giving the option for air conditioning if we needed it. He also was very upset that I had to leave to pick my kids up from school…obviously because he wanted me to sign a contract that wasn’t happening with his service and price. I found out later from another reliable source in this same business that these employees in this company get paid commission and instead of telling the truth, they lie to get paid more. There’s no way I would do business with these people.

They did a great job with HVAC installation and duct cleaning. The team was courteous and worked hard the entire time they were at our home. A couple small issues. They left a considerable mess. My wife and I will spend an hour or two cleaning floors, carpet, surfaces, and ceilings (finger/hand prints all over the white ceilings and walls where the duct vent covers were removed and installed). They also missed re-installing one of the vent covers. Advice: Partner with a cleaning service and have them follow the install team with a quick clean. Bake it in as an option. Nobody expects the install crew to be cleaners. However, having to clean up your home after paying thousands of dollars for HVAC services just doesn't sit well.
