  Fantastic company to work with. Woke up to our heat not working and they were able to get someone out the same day within a couple hours. I really appreciated the honesty in saying it would be better to just replace our whole heating system rather than putting a penny into our 29 year old heating system and constantly having to have people out. The installers were professional and courteous. Martie was always helpful and friendly when I called with questions and always had the answers. They told us about a rebate and loan that go through Avista which was very helpful. Any time I need service I will definitely be choosing Spokane Comfort Systems over any other. 10/10 friendly, genuine, and helpful people.

  Great place. Eric, the owner, has a team of truly great people. From the team at the phones and front desk, to his service team. Both John, and Jason are a perfect fit for us. With Ethics, Expertise. People skills, and professionalism. We'll trust them in our home anytime. Lenex is a great product, one of the best on the Market. That's probably why Comfort Systems only carries it. I just wish things weren't to darn expensive Thanks!

  Phenomenal customer service. Frantically called Christmas Eve and they were able to come out and didn’t end up having the part to fix our issue but advised how we could safely heat and circulate heat and keep our house somewhat warm for us and our 5 kids on Christmas. Received a call first thing the following Monday morning letting us know they found the part locally and could be out that day to install. The repair man was kind and understanding while we were frantic.
