  Heat went out. SPIVCO responded quickly to fix the situation. Telephone response time incredibly fast with on-site repair prompt and courteous. Technician kept us up to date with regarding problem and solutio s!

  Called to make an appointment for Spivco to come out to my house to check my AC. I had to take the day off work to be there when they came for service call. Spivco NEVER showed up or bothered to call. I had to call them the following day around noon (when they still hadn't bothered to contact me) to confront them about the situation. I was told it was hot outside! I told them they should feel inside my house. Would never recommend. Unreliable!!! Did not even have the decency to contact me to let me know they wouldn't be coming....they just simply did not show up! Not very professional!!!!

  I personally can say Joe saved my life. 103 degrees in my house. Everybody else was saying maybe a week or two weeks. Spivco came out in less then 30 minutes. Thank you
