  Love Mr. Spencer! Our first interaction with him was in the middle of last summer (2018). Our AC stopped working, it was over 100 outside and we have small children as well as someone with really bad breathing/lung problems. We had called several places and no one could get to us until 2 or 3 days later. Called Spencer Mechanical and he was at our house within 2 hours and had us up and running about an hour later. Didn't even charge us for an emergency or after hours repair! We already knew we'd need a new unit likely sooner rather than later and what do ya know.....happened again this past summer. Again, he came out on the same day and fixed us right on up. We went ahead and hired him to install our new unit. Him and his crew did amazing work! Mr. Spencer called and came by on several occasions to make sure the unit was working/running properly. Also let's you know that you can contact him at any time for any problems/issues or questions. Would absolutely recommend him!!!

  Mr Spencer is amazing. His company is professional and courteous, and they really follow thru to make sure that all equipment is operating correctly and that you are satisfied. Above and beyond service. Mr Spencer personally makes sure we are taken care of and that his product is performing as expected. Highly recommend.

  They came out and walked everything just like every other company I requested a quote from, the only difference is they never contacted me afterwards. No phone call, no email, no price quote in 5 days. Every other company had me a quote within 24-48 hours. The last thing the guy said before he left was "you'll be hearing from me." That never happened.
