  We've used Spencer several times for the ACs in our home and in our rental house. They're very responsive, don't leave you wondering if/when they'll show up (communication for the win!), and have been able to fix all of our random problems. Even for emergency calls, the price is reasonable. The employees have all been very professional and knowledgeable.

  After receiving several quotes for a heat pump replacement we ultimately went with Spencer Heating & Cooling. Fantastic communication and the installation crew did an excellent job, going above and beyond to make sure our system was functioning properly prior to their leaving. From the first phone call the experience was outstanding.
