  I called for service and told them the problem and the guy gave me advice on what might be the problem over the phone so I said thanx I could fix it myself and if he got the part for me a would give him a little extra for the help. They call back and told me the price of the part was over double what you could get it for. A $142.00 became $350.00. I appreciate the help but not that much.

  Recently had A/C and air purifier installed, did our furnace install in 2017. Quality work, guys were great, cleaned up after work was completed, answering our questions. Highly recommend Spencer Heating and staff.

  This review is from service done last year and is long overdue. My mom had a pre-sale home inspection done by Endgame home inspection in Syracuse. The inspector found an issue with her furnace. She asked for a reputable furnace repair company. He recommended Spencer Heating. They came in and fixed the problem and didn't try to up sell anything. This a great company, I will refer to anyone needing this kind of work.
