Spencer is honest, trustworthy and reliable. They were responsive to a central air failure during a heatwave. Not only did Spencer arrive immediately, he corrected the problem and explained how he was servicing. He went the extra mile to clean out the units as preventative care. He also followed up the next day to further service. Spencer was cheaper then 3 other companies I quoted, and when adding Freon used a digital scale to show me how much he added. Professional, honest and well priced. Definitely recommend!
