  Terrible experience. Employees don't know where equipment is located or the sales or promotions they have going on. I'm all for supporting small businesses. However, you're able to order the same equipment from another or other authorized dealer with out the 11 percent markup. The owner wasn't even able make eye contact or look me in the face while apologizing for wasting my time or being told false information by himself and his employees after driving 2 hours one way. I hope they learn from this.

  Hey Joseph, your experience greatly concerns me. According to the Husqvarna Representative that was on site the day of our sale we could not make the deal and still be in accordance with Husqvarna's strict dealer pricing policies. The sale was supposed to be for commercial mowers making $10000 mowers sale for $7500 and our advertisement and employees should have done a better job explaining this before you made your long drive, we will have to get better at this. If there is anything we can do to make this right please let us know

  This Place is the worst.The Owner and supervisor are junk!!!The employees are the best they are respectful but the boss man and the supervisor are NOT.They treat you respectfully the first time you come in because they just want your money.One time I asked for my receipt and the Boss man said I had to get out of there, We weren’t doing anything wrong.If you don’t believe me go see for yourself,they don’t even have many clients because of how the boss man and supervisor treat them.These people even treat they’re employees bad.I say don’t buy from this store there are other stores that have cheaper stuff and better quality and they treat you better. Don’t buy from this store I am telling you on behalf of my experience

  The staff here are the best. Very helpful when you're out of town working. If they didn't have what I needed, they knew someone who did.
