Spartan has installed HVAC systems at 2 different properties for me.  With my recent move, I anticipate they will be installing another at this "new to me" property.

Their workers are clean, timely, respectful and honest.  Even their vehicles are kept clean.  Spartan may not be the cheapest in town, but they are very reputable.

I highly recommend Spartan Heating & Air Conditioning.

Zero complaints. Very efficient with both diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly. Spartan is contracted through my apartment complex. My AC went out the Friday prior to memorial day. So I was without AC until the following Tuesday. (Not Spartans fault!) The gentleman that came out to rescue me and my dogs and cat from the oppressive heat was fantastic. I highly recommend. And if there is an emergency involving your AC during a holiday, they do have someone on call to come out!!

I have used Spartan for regular maintenance of my HVAC system, and recently needed to replace my fan motor. Unfortunately, the replacement part went bad within a month, but Spartan was very prompt in coming out to look at it and fix it. Management called the next day to make sure everything was working well. It's hard to find that level of customer service! I highly recommend them.

AC was not working and needless to say it was one of the hottest days of the season.  Found Spartan by using Google and they were nearby.  They were very professional and friendly from the initial phone conversation to the completion of the job.  The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, took the time to explain why I was having the issue.  I recommend this company.

For several years my wife and I have had Spartan Mechanical service for our home heating and air units.  We’ve paid for yearly contracts but I’ve wondered about the wisdom of that.  After this past July, I no longer wonder!  When our main air conditioner went out, Brian was quick to come and assess the situation.  I trusted his opinion and decided to replace the entire heating and air conditioning units.  Because we’d been good customers, they gave us fast service.  They came on a sweltering Saturday morning to replace our attic unit.  Their work was neat and we were with a brand new Carrier heating and AC unit before that afternoon.
I called some other companies about our situation and was told it would be at least a week before they could even look at it.  I was really appreciative of our contract and of being a faithful customer!  I highly recommend Spartan Heating and Air and can vouch for their thorough, quick and neat work.  Their office staff and technicians are great to work with, they represent quality companies and do thorough work.

My A/C went out on Friday afternoon about 3:30.  I called Spartan and they said that they had a techninian that was almost finished with his last appointment close to me.  Within the hour he was there.  His name was David and he was friendly & knowledgeable. It had a blown fuse that he replaced but he refused to leave till he found out what had blow the fuse and fixed it. I believe he went above and beyond what most servicemen would have done. Good job Spartan Man!

I have used Spartan for the last 3 1/2 years for my seasonal services and some mechanical issues. When it came time to replace my unit, the Spartan team was wonderful and gave me  quote with different options to choose from. They installed the new unit with no issues and even followed up when a $400 rebate for my new unit came available. Everyone from Spartan has always been professional and very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact I have and my friends are just as happy!

I contracted with Spartan Heating and Air to maintain multiple buildings with multiple A/C units.  I have had an outstanding nine year success story with Spartan.  They have immediately responded to our needs, night or day (we run two shifts), they have been competitive on all of my large unit replacements.  They have saved our company in A/C and heating costs by keeping our units maintained and cleaned.  This has  allowed us to focus on the manufacture our products and leave the A/C and heating to Spartan.  This is a very good company  with excellent people,

Technician did not come off as very experienced and was on the phone half the time (2 hour visit) dealing with his employer or asking questions. Was quoted $800 for a repair job that another company came out a few days later and fixed in 30 minutes during a normal tune up. Seems like a trustworthy and honest company but I definitely recommend getting a second opinion from a larger company before agreeing to any work.
