  I've had nothing but excellent service from everyone I've interacted with at this company. Wanda returned my call first thing this morning & Tyler was here to check my furnace by 8:30! He gave me a repair quote, advised that the furnace is very old & it may not be worth putting that amount of money into it, but did not pressure me to buy a new furnace. I asked for a quote on a new unit and John came the same afternoon. Both gentlemen were prompt, friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. I feel confident in the services & products I'm receiving and will certainly use this company again!

  Tyler was great! He was so helpful is finding the issue quickly and responded to it. He was so nice and considerate in my home. He was professional and really took the time to show me and explain the issue and how to get it fixed. Overall, I would recommend Tyler!

  I called Southwestern for a service call to check my heat pump. It was not cycling on. The technician, Tyler, diagnosed the problem as a thermostat issue and proceeded to make the repair. His diagnosis was correct and my heat pump is now working. Tyler was very courteous and professional. He was carefull not to track in our house and cleaned up after himself. Southwestern is a top notch service company and Tyler is definitely helping them keep up their reputation.
