  My heater went out and they actually showed up early. Michael was very professional and protected us by wearing a mask, social distancing and was able to control the unit from outside. I’ve been in quarantine for almost 2 years so I really appreciate that. He fixed my heater ASAP and was able to suggest future repairs. Thanks Michael!!

  I had my hot water heater replaced. I have used Southwest Heating and AC in the past. I received a text letting me know Rony would be at my house. He took great care - putting down drop cloths, he worked efficiently and did a great job. He even checked my humidifier filter for me. I would recommend this company for sure!

  Angel, who has serviced our HVAC unit before, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing so I could do much of it without calling the next time. He was accompanied by another gentleman whose name I can't recall. He was also very professional and helpful. I highly recommended SW Heating & Cooling.
