  The first person I spoke with was Holly & she listened & set up a service call for the next day. She was very professional. The serviceman, Dee, arrived the next morning prompt, friendly & knowledgeable. The problem with the furnace was fixed the same day. I highly recommend SouthernAire.

  I called SouthernAire when one of my AC units stopped cooling my home properly. Upon calling, Holly was kind, courteous and professional, and was able to get someone out right away even with a full schedule. Cody—our technician—was prompt, professional, kind and wasted no time getting to work to give me a proper diagnosis + repairs/replacement recommendations. Overall, I’m very pleased with the customer care and service I received.
