Bulk propane division offers terrible customer service. Don't expect prompt deliveries. If you call back after ordering, they have many excuses why they can't provide good service.

Such a great place.  I love that I can refill my propane tanks here and the staff are super helpful.

I always love going in this store. They have EVERYTHING and I never walk out empty handed. The last time I was there Inwent in looking for a chicken feeder and walked out with 15 chicks. Everyone there definitely knows how to do their job.

purchased a new cub cadet mower on 9/3/16. it broke down first of sept. 2017. asked them to pick it up and repair . they finally called to pick it up the middle of april 2018. i had purchased a new mower that very week. grass does not wait on southern of buckhannon to honor their promises. when i purchased the mower i told them that i had no way to haul it. they said no problem, they had a pick up and delivery service. guess i should have asked if that meant next week or next year. if you want to deal with someone who will stand behind their word i would not deal at southern states of buckhannon.

Small but packed with a lot of stuff good place to stop if you have farm animals

I go there so much they all know me by name and treat you like family.

This place has medican shoes cloes and stuff like that I like this store because we had a calf that was sick and they had the stuff to cure him so I like southern states

Great spot for gardening, and the time is flying by soon you can get potato seed.
