  Company practices home warranty fraud. Do not use. Company was contacted on 9 November for a heating issue. After technician (I think is the owner) showed up everything was normal on the first visit. When he left he stated there was a Freon issue. He said he would contact the warranty company and get the work order approved. When I called the warranty company a few days later they said that I was approved for a new condenser but would have to pay $400 for additional items that were not covered. I approved the work order. It took the technician almost 3 weeks to finally come to my home. He no-showed 3 times. After finally arriving he asked me to pay for the $400 and hopefully the refill of Freon would work. I asked him about the previous work order that was approved for a new condenser and he said that wasn’t the case. So I asked if he wanted to call the warranty company to figure this out and he said no and to pay him the $400. The service was not competed and he left. I called the warranty company and I was correct. He was authorized the condenser and was paid for the work that was not required. This is fraud
