  They are always so courteous, fast and reliable! We lost heat over the weekend, they came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and came back earlier than anticipated to fix the part. We've used them for years and they continue to be just as professional as always!

  My 21 year old heating unit quit working just as the weather turned. The technician came out and found the issue and replaced a part, however, the whole thing really just needed to be replaced. I received a very reasonable quote and they were able to work me in pretty quickly. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and friendly. They got the work done with minimal fuss. I highly recommend Southern Homes for all HVAC needs.

  If I could give a 10 star rating I would. The two gentlemen that came to our house were on time, polite and professional. I had an estimate to fix my AC for over $2000. The identified the issue and the part was $175. The other company had been to my home 3 times this summer and never resolved the issue. I also signed up for their annual maintenance plan. VERY reasonably priced. I will refer them to anyone who asks me for a HVAC recommendation. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
