  Had this unit installed in July. Still waiting for the unit to be registered for it's warranty. Have called them several times, and they never return calls.

  I bought an air conditioner in summer 2017 from this company. Have had problems with it every since. Last summer (2019) it would get 75 in the house and the thermostat was set on 68. After several attempts to get them to come out and fix it I finally spoke to the owner. He sent someone from another company to come out because he didn’t have anyone that could come. Needless to say the other company didn’t fix it. After speaking with the owner again he assured me that no air conditioner in alabama in august would “touch 68 degrees”. I informed him that my old piece of junk he replaced would until it finally gave out. As I set here today it is 75 in the house and the thermostat is set on 68 again. Air conditioning has been running all day on a over cast rainy day. They also messed up my install and ran a pipe that hangs down from my eve. They could have used the existing pipe. The owner said he would fix that. Still not fixed. I will be having someone else come out to check this thing yet again.

  They fixed my stuff real good, I mean real good. I was hot as a dog and they came out that day and now I feel like I live in Alaska.
