  I have spent the last year with One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating trying to fix an issue with my air conditioning unit. There have been at least 20 work orders, and approx. 7 different technicians in my home , each one with a different "solution" to my issue and not ONE OF THEM actually working. This has been a very frustrating situation, I am a widow and have a fixed income. I have complied with each recommendation with the exception of the last and final straw.. ALL NEW DUCT WORK. for $6,000.00 . I finally went for a second opinion, and I am glad i did! Being a member of the Comfort Club, I tried to do the right thing and use my service that I pay for monthly and had to trust that I was receiving good service even though the same issue continued. I have now learned that the majority of the remedies did NOTHING to help fix my issue because they were either done so poorly they couldn't help or they simply would have never solved my issue to begin with. BEWARE of this company and PLEASE get a second opinion!
