Buddy’s is honest and dependable. Their work is above reproach. We have used them since 2017 and they’ve never let us down. Their installation service (two units, one in 2017 and the other in 2018) was outstanding and their annual maintenance plans are a breeze and, I’m sure, identity and take care of issues before problems develop.

Ross was very professional, attentive, he said he wasn't leaving until I had air. He cleaned up after he finished the job. He showed me the features of my thermostat and how to use it, answer all questions  I had. I  will never forget him  he is a great guy.

The service was excellent and the servicemen appeared friendly and pleasant. They were knowledgeable and thorough. Afterwards, detailed explanations were given of services performed and equipment Warranty. However,no explanation was given that customers' signature after services also meant applying for a Wells Fargo credit card.

We've used Southern since the days they were Buddy's AC!!!   22 years ago they installed our first central AC and furnace..   3 system installs later we still are just as pleased with Southern Air as we were 22 years ago.

I placed a call to them @ 8 in the morning & they were able to work around my schedule & get their technician out the same day. Colby was professional, friendly & thorough. He quickly diagnosed & resolved my problem & answered all of my questions & offered several helpful tips to maintain my unit. Our Technician Colby was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He was even able to come ahead of schedule.

Buddy's has a great service, for a low monthly fee, they will service your HVAC unit twice a year.
