  Posted by Tommy : First time ever writing a review, so if it sounds too good to be true…let me assure you that it’s authentic! Professional, personable, and efficient are just a few ways to describe the service provided by Southern Air. Same day appointment , texted confirmation of appointment time, technician’s en-route phone call notification of anticipated arrival, texted photo of service personnel with office phone number for concerns or questions! Wow! Just didn’t think it could get any better,but it did! Jessie arrived on time, inspected the unit, performed the diagnostics, and replaced the sequencer. Fortunately for us we didn’t have to order any parts. For most service calls, the closure would be quiet simple—write the check or swipe the card. Jessie took the time to verify the charges and introduce us to the Membership Service Plan that Southern Air offers. It’s an ideal maintenance option to consider that provides extra incentives for its members. This review would not be complete without saying that Southern Air has a an exemplary business model that will ensure its success in meeting the needs of the consumer. However, it’s people like Jessie that provide the human touch of the business. His friendly demeanor and willingness to provide excellent service will assure satisfied customers and positive referrals. Jessie, you solved our problem and we thank you! It was a pleasure meeting you. From one veteran to another veteran—well done!! Now we just need to work on getting those parts manufactured in America!😉
