  Every time I’ve had the pleasure of working with the expert technicians at Southern Air, I’ve been blown away! They are always professional, on time and patient when explaining the work that needs to be done and why, in a way I can understand. They have become my company’s go to for all our commercial HVAC and plumbing needs. The only reason I gave them five stars was because there wasn’t an option for six.

  Albert (Al) Campbell of Southern Air, showed up Friday February 1, 2019 @ 4:30pm in his company truck to give my coworker an estimate to replace ductwork under her house. She secured an estimate and he was to return on Saturday February 9th 2019 @6-6:30am according to his text message. He then requested that she pay him upfront for the work that was to be done. After she questioned why he wanted to be paid before he started. As she expressed deep concern about paying for work not started and she has already purchased the ductwork and straps and miscellaneous items needed for the job. He continues to tell her to find some other company to do the job. Then commenced to bashing her on his FB page because she didn't feel comfortable paying for work not started or completed...very unprofessional and as a representative of Southern Air..this is poor business practices...I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
